Top 9 Smartphones That Were Launched This Week

In the current scenario, the smartphone market is the most dynamic thing in India, with more number of devices being launched every month. Considering this week, it was a pretty busy one mostly for the Indian handset market with some mid-range and low end smartphone release.

Chinese handset maker Gionee has globally announced the Flagship devices, dubbed as Elife E8 and Marathon M5, this week. Some other players like ZTE, Micromax, Videocon has released some mid-ranger into the market. Meanwhile, One of the big names Sony has announced the price of Xperia C4 Dual which was announced earlier, at a price of Rs. 29,490.

ZTE has launched the most affordable 4G smartphone in India.Dubbed as Blade Qlux 4G, this smartphone is powered by 4.5-inch display, Quad-Core CPU, 1GB RAM, 8GB internal memory, 32GB expandable memory, Android 4.4 KitKat upgradeable to Lollipop 5.0, 8MP rear camera, 5MP front-facing camera, 2200mAh battery. It comes at an affordable price of Rs. 4,999.

Following the launch of Canvas Knight 2, Micromax has launched Canvas Hue 2 A316 in the market. This mid-ranger is packed with 5-inch display, Octa-Core CPU, 2GB RAM, 16GB internal memory, 32GB external memory, 13MP rear camera, 5MP front camera, Android 4.4 KitKat, 2000mAh battery. It is now available in the market at Rs. 11,736

Japanese mobile maker, Sony has launched the Xperia C4 Dual in Indian market. This selfie focused smartphone comes with 5.5-inch display, Octa-core CPU, 2GB RAM, 16GB internal memory, 128GB expandable memory, Android 5.0 Lollipop, 13MP rear camera, 5MP front camera, 2600mAh battery. Coming in Black, White and Mint colors, Xperia C4 Dual is now available at a price of Rs. 29,490.

Desi manufacturer Micromax launched company's budget smartphone under Canvas Fire series. Canvas Fire 3 comes with 4.5-inch display, Quad-Core CPU, 1GB RAM, 8GB internal memory, 32GB expandable memory, Android 4.4 KitKat, 5MP rear, 2MP front camera, 1850mAh battery. It carries a price tag of Rs. 6,499

Videocon Mobile has launched Infinium Z51 Nova, earlier this week. This entry-level device comes packed with 5-inch display, Quad-Core CPU, 1GB RAM, 8GB internal memory, 32GB expandable memory, Android 4.4 KitKat, 5MP rear, 2MP front camera, 2000mAh battery and cost around Rs. 5,400

This week Gionee has announced the Elife E8 in an event. This high-end device comes packed with 6-inch display, Octa-Core CPU, 3GB RAM, 64GB of internal memory, 128GB of expandable memory, 23.7MP rear camera, 8MP front facing camera, Android 5.1 on top of Amigo UI 3.1, Fingerprint sensor, 4G LTE, 3520mAh battery.

Initially, Mi 4i White color was launched in April. Now the company has announced the launch of Dark Grey version of the smartphone from June 16th.
