VAIO announced its first Windows 10 phone in Japan. The handset features an aluminum body with a trim blend of hard lines and subtle curves.
The VAIO Phone Biz sports a 5.5 inch 1080 pixels Full HD display with a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels. It is powered by a Snapdragon 617 CPU with octa-core processor paired with Adreno 418 GPU and 3GB of RAM. The handset runs on Windows 10 mobile operating system.
In the camera department, it has a 13-megapixel primary camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. On the storage front, it has 16GB of built-in storage and can be expandable up to 64GB using a microSD card.
Further, for connectivity options it has 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. It also has PC-like experience using Continuum for Phones when connected to an external monitor.
The VAIO Phone Biz is available in Silver color option and is priced at 50,000 yen (approx Rs. 28,740) unlocked. The device will go on sale in through Japanese carrier NTT Docomo sometime in April.
