Microsoft has recently announced its flagship smartphones: Lumia 950, Lumia 950XL and the budget option Lumia 550, running the much-awaited Windows 10 operating system.
It seem like these smartphones will hit the Indian market in the first half of net year. Besides Lumia handsets, many OEMs are planning to launch their smartphones running the Windows 10 in the beginning of 2016.
Acer has already confirmed it will offer Windows running high-end smartphone. At IFA 2015, the company showcased its upcoming - Acer Jade Primo smartphone with Windows 10 on-board, which is expected to be announced sometime by the end of this year.
According to G for Games report, Takuya Hirano, president of Microsoft, Japan, reveals that the former Sony subsidiary, Vaio will be launching its first Windows 10 handset in 2016.
Vaio, which is popularly knows for Window 10 laptops in the market, has already entered the smartphone arena by launching an Android smartphone.

Further, Takuya Hirano, announced that number of OEM partners including Acer, Vaio, Mouse Computer, Freetel, Thirdwave and NuAns, will join hands in making series of new Windows 10 smartphones.
Unfortunately, there is not detail whether, these companies will launch their Windows 10 running smartphones globally.
