Chinese handset maker, Xiaomi is all set to launch its Mi 5 Pro edition in its home market on April 6th. This device is the variant of Mi 5 and comes with a 3D ceramic back cover, 4GB RAM and 128GB on board storage.
It seems, Mi 5 Pro goes on sale in China the same day as the Huawei P9 and Meizu M3 Note launch. Moving on to the specifications, the so-called Mi 5 Pro sports a 5.15-inch Full HD display with a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels and curved glass. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 Quad Core with Adreno 530 GPU on the board.
On the storage front, the Mi 5 Pro has 4GB RAM, 128GB ROM and shipped with Android 6.0 Marshmallow on top of MIUI 7.
Talking about the imaging factor, the Mi 5 Pro flaunts a 16MP rear camera with dual-tone LED flash, 4MP front-facing camera with 80-degree wide angle lens. The connectivity options includes 4G LTE with VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac dual-band (MIMO), Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, NFC, USB Type-C.
The Xiaomi Mi 5 Pro is powered by a 3,000mAh battery under the board. As for as the pricing concern, the Mi 5 Pro will carry a price tag of US$ 413 (Approx Rs. 28,300).
