Xiaomi Mi 5, Redmi Note 3 and 20000mAh Power Bank Coming in May: More details here!

After the successful first open sale, the Chinese handset maker Xiaomi has announced its next, which is scheduled on May 4 at 2PM on Mi.com. In this flash sale, no registrations are required, where users can just login at the time of sale and click on the 'Buy Now' button.

As per the report, both the smartphones went out of stock within seconds in the previous open sale held on April 27th. Anyhow, the company has not revealed the number of units it is availing on open sale, so there are fair chances that only limited number of stocks being accessible for this deal too.

Xiaomi Mi 5 specifications

The Mi 5 sports a 5.15-inch Quad HD display with 1080 x 1920 pixel. In order to protect the screen from scratches, the Mi 5 display is covered with Corning Gorilla Glass 4.

The Xiaomi Mi5 promises to feature smooth performance due to Qualcomm's Snapdragon 820 chipset running inside. The processor is clocked at 1.8GHz in the 3GB variant along with 32GB of inbuilt storage.

Xiaomi Mi 5 adorns a 16MP rear camera with dual tone dual LED and a 4MP camera capable of recording 1080p videos on the front. This flagship comes with Android 6.0 Marshmallow with company's custom MIUI 7 topped with it.

The MIUI 7 brings a slew of new features and improvements and is lighter than ever. The Xiaomi's flagship device, Mi 5 (White) is priced in India at Rs 24,999 for the 3 GB variant.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 specifications

This 5.5-inch device comes with unibody design inclined more towards premium look. The Redmi Note 3 employs a Full HD IPS display upfront with a resolution of 1920x1080 pixels. Further, the Redmi Note 3 is equipped with Adreno 510 GPU, 2GB/3GB RAM, 16GB/32GB ROM under the board.

This phablet flaunts 16MP rear camera with dual tone LED flash, 5MP front snapper capable of recording 1080p videos. Also, this device is powered by a 4000mAh battery with fast charging technology.

Xiaomi Mi 20,000mAh Power Bank

The power bank has been designed by Texas Instruments with nine layers of circuit protection, similar to the other three power banks. Unlike the older power banks from Xiaomi that have the aluminium body, the Mi power bank comes with a ABS plastic body.

This protects the power bank from scratches and lends it better grip when holding the power bank.It has a power button on the side, LED for indicating the battery level, micro USB slot for charging the power bank and two standard USB slots for output that lets you charge two devices simultaneously. It has a 5.1V / 3.6A output. This will be available in the sale at a price of Rs. 1,699.
