Xiaomi Mi Max Prime Edition Launched at Rs. 19,999, Availability Starts October 17

As promised, the Chinese handset maker Xiaomi has launched the Mi Max Prime smartphone powering the Snapdragon 652 SoC ahead of the diwali festival. Moreover, this smartphone will go on sale for three days starting on October 17th on a flash sale basis with discounts.

The recently launched Mi Max Prime is another variant of Mi Max, which was launched a few days back in the Indian market. Moving on, the difference between two smartphones is a processor, which is Snapdragon 652 SoC, 4GB RAM and 128GB inbuilt memory under the hood. Besides, everything is same on the spec sheet.

Reiterating the specifications, the Mi Max Prime comes with 6.44-inch Full HD IPS 2.5D curved glass display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. Moreover, it has 1000 : 1 contrast ratio, 72% NTSC color gamut and a Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection from scratches!

Besides 128GB inbuilt storage, you can also expand the storage through MicroSD card slot. On the software front, this smartphone comes shipped with MIUI 8 on top of Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box.

Talking about the imaging factor, this smartphone has 16MP rear camera with dual tone LED flash, PDAF and F/2.0 aperture. On the front, the Mi Max Prime flaunts a 5MP selfie camera with 85-degree wide angle lens and f/2.0 aperture as well.

In terms of connectivity, the Mi Max Prime supports 4G LTE with VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac (2.4 / 5GHz) MIMO, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS + GLONASS. Just like the Mi Max , this smartphone measures 7.5mm thickness and weighs around 203grams as well.

Moreover, it also has the fingerprint sensor and infrared sensor also to act as a universal remote control. The Xiaomi Mi Max Prime is powered by a 4850mAh battery, which claims to give up to 14 hours of juice on a single charge.
