If the rumors and half-baked reports are to be believed, Xiaomi might be launching the first Mi TV in India alongside the smartphone. After teasing the Redmi Note 5, the company took to Twitter to tease another device.

The tweet reads: "Mi fans! Is it a bird? Is it a plane? #WhatIsThat Something wonderful is about to happen this Valentine's Day."

Mi TV

The teaser video shows a device, but it isn't a smartphone considering the ultra-slim body, indicating towards a potential TV launch. Although the media invite doesn't say anything about the Mi TV, there are chances that the company might have something else in the store.

Earlier, there were reports about the company launching a TV in India, but the company rubbished all the rumors. But if the company starts selling TV sets in the Indian market at affordable prices, it might be a big shift in company's revenue. According to a research by Counterpoint, the company already holds the number one position in the Indian smartphone market.
