Today, Mi India has announced the price cut of Redmi Note Prime to Rs. 7,999 from its original price of Rs. 8,499. The Redmi Note Prime is Xiaomi's second smartphone to be 'Made In India' and went on sale on December 2015.

Additionally, as part of Mi Week on Amazon.in starting 16th February to 19th February, Mi fans can buy Mi 4 and Mi 4i at even more amazing prices. Mi 4 will be available at 12,999 while Mi 4i will be available for Rs 9,999 during this week.

On the specification front, the Note Prime comes packed with 5.5-inch HD IPS display with a resolution of 1280x720 pixels and 178-degree viewing angle. It is powered by a 1.2 GHz Quad-Core 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor with Adreno 306 GPU.
