Yu has its NOTE ready, all set to show who is the BOSS!
Yu has recently been in reports for its upcoming YU6000 smartphone that surfaced in an import listing last month. The phone has yet again been spotted online, which hints that its launch is imminent.
A smartphone name Yu Yureka Note has been spotted on web, which leaves little under wraps for Yu to reveal. As the Note in its name suggests, this is a big-display device that looks like Micromax's answer to its Chinese counterparts.
The listing reveals the Yu Yureka Note's specifications and price details, and suggests that it has a 6-inch full HD display offering 1080p resolution, and is powered by a 1.5GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6753 processor with Mali T720 GPU, paired with 3GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage.
In the camera department, it has 13MP rear camera with Dual LED flash, PDAF, 5P lens and f/2.2 aperture, and an 8MP front-facing snapper with f/2.2 aperture and 84.4-degree FOV. It also has a fingerprint sensor on the rear, which is similar to the one on the company's current flagship Yu Yutopia smartphone.
Other features in the said smartphone include dual-SIM support, 4G LTE connectivity, microSD card slot, Android 5.1 Lollipop, a 4000mAh battery and more standard features. The phone dons Black color chassis.
The listing on eBay reveals the price of the phone to be Rs 14,999, which is higher than its Chinese rivals Xiaomi RedMi Note 3 and LeEco Le1s. However, this is marked as the MRP of the phone, whereas the retail price of the phone may vary.
