An image speculated to be that of the new Nokia 703 is released on some websites. What makes it special is the news that it is possibly a Nokia Windows 7 Phone. The specifications leaked out from the image published under the name Nokia 703 somehow points to the same fact. If right, then the new Nokia 703 is supposed to be a mid range handset. Although it's rumored to be a Nokia Sea Ray phone with the similarity it features in its 3.9 inch display which is what that's planned for a Sea Ray series.

A Windows 7 smart phone, if it is, as rumored by the web sites, then it's supposed to come with a very powerful and highly operational 1 GHz processor. To run along without much effort would be a 512 MB RAM giving the device faster stimuli. The operating system is definitely a Windows 7 in that case.

Looking at the display of the released image of the phone, it can be understood that the new Nokia 703 has been geared with a 3.7 inch touchscreen display. This would come with an IPS panel. The screen will feature the image displays with a clarity resolution of 480X800 pixels screen resolution.
