Nokia Lumia 520 Sales Doubles While Lumia 925 Hit the Shelves
Nokia's cheapest Lumia device 520 is hitting news big time. Last month, there were reports that the device had become the most searched Lumia handset on the Internet. Also, Adduplex reported that the smartphone had snatched more then 4% of the Windows Phone installed base, in less then a month. With close to one million units in sales, the Rs. 10,299 handset has been like an angel in disguise for the Finnish handset makers. Given that Nokia has entered a rough patch, in terms of phone market, Lumia 520 has given a huge boost to push the company forward.

Coming back to the present , AdDuplex chief Alan Mendelevich has tweeted that the market share for Lumia 520 has doubled within a month, bringing it up to 8%. Meaning, the handset's sales have gone up by another million. Nokia has had a long history of being popular for it's cheaper phones and Lumia 520 stands testament of that.
If you looking to buy the smartphone here are it's specifications - Lumia 520 which runs on Windows Phone 8, packs a 4-inch WVGA display with 480 x 800 pixel resolution, 1GHz dual core processor, 512MB RAM, 5MP rear camera, 8GB internal memory, micro SD card slot supporting up to 64GB additional storage, Windows Phone 8 OS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and a 1,430 mAh battery.
Meanwhile, the company has started rolling out it's flagship smartphone Lumia 925 in Europe. Although there is no news of it's release date in India, here are the specifications, in case you want to add it to your wish-list.
The Lumia 925 packs a 4.5-inch PureMotion HD+ display with resolution of 1, 280 x 768 pixels, 1.5 GHz dual -core processor, 1GB of RAM, 16GB or 32GB of internal storage, Wi-Fi, 3G, Qi wireless charging (optional), NFC, an 8.7-mega pixel rear facing camera with dual LED flashlight, A-GPS, a 2,000mAh Li Ion battery.
The smartphone will come the new Glance Screen feature,which brings a standby clock and notifications to the lockscreen. Also, you will be able to unlock the phone by just tapping twice. Nokia have promised that the feature will be available in other Lumia handset
