Nokia Lumia 620 Price Drops to Rs 14515: 6 Online Sites to Buy WP8 Handset

For those Nokia fans out there waiting to buy a Windows Phone 8 based Lumia smartphone, there are different options in the market. The Finnish tech giant has launched several handsets and is also planning to release the Lumia 720 officially in India.

Recently, Nokia released the long waited Lumia 620 following which, the company announced the launch of Lumia 520 - the cheapest WP8 handset available currently. It was only in March that the vendor released the Lumia 620 into the country at a price of Rs 14,999 and so soon the handset seems to have witnessed a price cut.

Well, a price cut on good selling smartphones is a strategy followed by many manufacturers to hint that another similar offering in on its way and hence, it is quite obvious that Nokia is prepping to release the Lumia 720 in the country as it has slashed the price of not only Lumia 620 but also on Lumia 820 drastically.

Wondering what is the new price of Lumia 620? According to a listing on Nokia Shop, the official eStore of Nokia, the handset is available at a price of Rs 14,515, which is 9% lesser than its MRP. However, considering the fact that the handset was launched at Rs 14,999, this seems to be a minor price drop only.

Moreover, not only the Nokia Shop has listed Lumia 620 at a lesser price, but also, several other online sites have started selling the Windows Phone 8 device at lesser price tags.

Before taking a look at the online sites offering price cut on Lumia 620, here is a reminder on the specs of the handset. Lumia 620 boasts a 3.8 inch WVGA capacitive touchscreen display, 1GHz dual core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor, 512MB RAM, 8GB internal storage, 5MP rear camera, VGA front camera, NFC, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and 1,300 mAh battery.

Besides specs, Lumia 620 comes with features such Nokia Drive, CityLens, Nokia Maps, MixRadio and more as the other smartphones in the lineup.
