Recently a tweet was passed which said that the Finnish smartphone giant Nokia would host an event on April 19. The tweet from @evleaks is something none would want to ignore as the earlier information that the user has posted online has in fact turned out to be very true.
The date might be a very important one for the Lumia fans as the rumored Lumia 630 and Lumia 635 could possibly be unveiled at the event. But there are very less information pertaining to these devices.
However, recently a couple of Nokia handset were spotted on FCC database. The certification document from the database talks about the Nokia RM-976 model which we have already heard of couple of times in the past. But also the 977 and 978 models have been associated with the Lumia 630 and 635, writes Pocketnow.
Moreover, it is said that the Lumia 630 would come with a Dual SIM slot. On the other hand, according to India's Zauba import database, both single and dual-SIM versions of the 977 and 978 models have been listed. However, only a single-SIM edition of the 976 has been spotted so far. Also the FCC doc shows the same thing. Thus we expect the device to be Lumia 635.
Irrespective of which model of Lumia 63x we are looking at here it is probably not going to set foot anytime soon in the US market as the docs further show us that the devices would only support GSM and EDGE connectivity and the 3G support is only on the 900 and 2100MHz bands.
