Lumia 710, Asha 308 and Asha 309: 3 Nokia Handsets Get a Price Drop of Around Rs 1,500

With the beginning of 2013, Nokia the Finnish tech giant seems to reportedly planning to offer great price cuts and discounts on its handsets including the Lumia and Asha lineup.

According to a post by Saholic Shopa, a Facebook user, Nokia handsets including Lumia 710, Asha 308 and Asha 309 have reportedly received a price cut of Rs 500 to Rs 1,500 approximately.

Nokia Lumia 710

Nokia Asha 308

Nokia has unveiled a couple of smartphones under its Asha product lineup - Asha 308 is a dual SIM variant while Asha 309 is a single SIM and Wi-Fi variant of the handset.

When it comes to specs, Asha 308 has a 3 inch capacitive multipoint touchscreen display with 400 x 240 pixel resolution, 800MHz processor, 2MP rear camera with fixed focus, 64MB internal memory, 128MB mass memory and a micro SD card slot supporting up to 32GB expandable memory. In terms of connectivity, the both the handsets pack features like Bluetooth, micro USB 2.0 and a 1,110 mAh BL-4U battery.

Nokia Asha 309

While Asha 308 is a dual SIM variant, Asha 309 is a single SIM and Wi-Fi compatible version.
