Nokia X2 Dual SIM Smartphone Launched in India for Rs 8,699
Announced back in June this year, the Nokia X2 smartphone has finally launched in India at the price of Rs. 8,699. The device can be bought in glossy green, orange and black color variants.

It is a successor of the company's first forked Android phone - the Nokia X which was fairly popular in India. However, the new device with upgraded specifications looks quite promising and with the Dual SIM support in the phone, it does make a better device in the market at the given price. It comes pre-loaded with HERE Maps and MixRadio.

Nokia X2 Dual SIM: Key Specifications
The Nokia X2 Dual SIM sports a 4.3-inch ClearBlack LCD display with Scratch resistant glass and offers a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels. It is powered by a 1.2 GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 processor with Adreno 302 GPU. The processor is complemented by 1GB of RAM and runs on Nokia X software platform 2.0 based on AOSP Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean).

The smartphone also sports a 5MP rear camera with LED flash capable of shooting HD video. At the front, users will get to see a 0.3MP (VGA) front-facing snapper as well.
The Nokia X2 houses 4GB of Internal storage, which is further expandable up to 32GB via microSD card. Connectivity options include: 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n,Bluetooth, GPS and it is a Dual SIM handset. The smartphone is powered by a 1800 mAh battery.
While the company has released the new Android-based phone in India, it has also announced three latest devices in the Lumia series at the IFA 2014 trade fair in Berlin. These devices come dubbed as Lumia 830, Lumia 730 and Lumia 735.
