The Chinese handset manufacturer OnePlus has evolved significantly over the past year or so. The upcoming, as-yet-still-unconfirmed, OnePlus 2 will almost certainly be the most powerful premium handset expected to hit the market later this year.
Adding to the speculation is a new OnePlus 2 concept device that comes with an enhanced design and a 5.5-inch QHD display.
OnePlus, the famed smartphone maker, is great at keeping their new products under tight wraps, but thanks to a new concept phone we can share what we think the device will look like when the OnePlus 2 release date arrived in the near future.
The OnePlus 2 concept phone from OnePlus forums member Matt7262 (via Concept-Phones) runs through multiple angles showing a design similar to the original OnePlus One.
Above you can see above the OnePlus 2 will to get a 5.5-inch QHD edge to edge screen with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. The 5.5-inch display is as same as seen on the 5.5-inch OnePlus One screen, but the major difference is the screen resolution. This is the same as the LG G3 (5.5-inch, QHD display).
On the back of the handset is a 16MP camera sensor which now supports optical image stabilization. There is a 5MP front-facing camera that helps users to take great selfies. Moreover, the OnePlus 2 will be seen with front facing dual speakers like HTC One M9.
Inside the OnePlus 2 users can expect a Snapdragon 810 processor, 4GB of RAM and a healthy 3,300mAh battery. The phone will be running on the Android operating system and comes with a Micro SD card slot that handles up to a 128GB card. The upcoming device also features an infrared blaster and turbo charging technology. As speculated, Oxygen OS (based on Google's Android 5.0 Lollipop) will most likely come pre-installed on the OnePlus 2.

The biggest selling point of the OnePlus One was its low price coupled with premium hardware. Interestingly, the OnePlus 2 will be made available for less than $500 or about Rs. 31,000. Although the Chinese company hasn't indicated the release date, it's believed that the device could be unveiled in June 2015.
