Last week, Chinese smartphone manufacturer Oppo started teasing their upcoming handset called Find 7. Now the company has once again teased the same device. As opposed to the previous one, the latest teaser reveals a most remarkable feature of the handset.
According to the teaser that the maker of N1 posted on Twitter, the display resolution could be one step ahead of their old Find 5 which came with full HD resolution. In other words, the company is in fact trying to suggest a 2K resolution which is twice the quality of the FHD display.<blockquote class="twitter-tweet blockquote" data-cards="hidden" lang="en"><p><a href="https://twitter.com/search?q=%23Find5&src=hash">#Find5</a> was the world’s first smartphone with a 5” 1080p display. <a href="https://twitter.com/search?q=%23Find7&src=hash">#Find7</a> is taking it one step further. <a href="https://twitter.com/search?q=%23AlwaysImprove&src=hash">#AlwaysImprove</a> <a href="http://t.co/gSYadlgOrl">pic.twitter.com/gSYadlgOrl</a></p>— OPPO (@oppo) <a href="https://twitter.com/oppo/statuses/412781787807371264">December 17, 2013</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
This could be a saddening news to South Korean Samsung, as even they have plans to release the first 2K display featuring handset in the upcoming year. The latest Oppo Find 7 can most likely be seen at the CES event, in January 2014.
So far, there are faint idea about the specs that the handset would carry. However, culminating the leaks that took place in the recent past, it could come with Qualcomm's Snapdragon 800. The smartphone is also said to support LTE networks.
Apart from these, rumors has it, that the smartphone will use a competitive 3GB RAM. The newly leaked Find 7 is also said to come with a 5.7 inch display offering a 2560x1440 pixel resolution and 441 PPI pixel density. It is expected to launched with 32GB on board memory. There would probably be 13 MP rear camera and a 5 MP front facing shooter as well. Taking the reference from the previous rumors, it might be powered by a 4000 mAh battery.
