Oppo N1 Mini Leaked Via FCC Documents

The Oppo N1 might not be cheap, but it's a stunning handset that brings a breath of fresh air. By now most of you might have heard about a mini version of the N1 in the making. Well, it seems that the Chinese company is on a brink of launching the so-called "Oppo N1 Mini" very shortly.

Oppo N5116, which is believed to be the Oppo N1 Mini, has appeared at the FCC, complete with images and some specs. Blog site PhoneArena first spotted the handset that recently visited the FCC.

Oppo N5116- What about specs?

Oppo N5116 is a modest looking handset with a respectable 5-inch display with a resolution of 1280 x 720-pixel. The device is expected to come with a 13-megapixel swivel camera. The battery is listed as 2140mAh, less than the original N1. The mini version of Oppo N1 weighs 151 grams. Unfortunately, no other highlighted specs are available from the manual or the FCC material.

Not long ago, a report that surfaced straight out of China claimed that the mini variant of the handset will reportedly come packing either a MediaTek MT6592 processor or a Samsung Exynos 5422 chip and will launch in LTE and non-LTE variants.

Rumors in the past suggested that the N1 Mini might hit retail shelves in May or June time frame. In fact, a report from Hardware Zone does claim that the N1 Mini will retain a similar designs that of the N1, alongside the rotating camera.

Oppo N2 Likely To Get Official Soon

Rumors have it that Oppo might come up with a legitimate sequel to the original N1. The upcoming phone is currently dubbed as the Oppo N2, if reports are to be believed. So far there are no images of the actual handset that have been leaked and not many information on the features are available to public.
