Oppo N1 mini Latest Teaser Hints at India Launch Soon

One of the smartphone makers from China, which entered the Indian market this year is Oppo. The company started operating in India from June 2014 by announcing the high-end Oppo N1 smartphone in the market.

Oppo N1 mini Latest Teaser Hints at India Launch Soon

The company has now fully started running its business in India and it is yet to start selling its first QHD device- the Find 7 in India. However, today, Oppo Mobile India started teasing the India launch of the Oppo N1 mini smartphone via its official Facebook account. It says "Revolutionary 24 Mega Pixels Ultra HD Camera, Coming Soon!" with caption "Mini in size Max on fun."

The Oppo N1 mini is obviously the stripped down variant of the regular N1 which is already selling in India. Very much like the regular one, the mini variant of the N1 also comes with a swivel camera which means that you can use a single camera module as both the front facing shooter and rear camera by just rotating it back and fourth.

However, the company has not hinted any price structure of the Oppo N1 mini smartphone but if a rough calculation is to be made, since it is priced at 2699 yuan in China, a direct conversion tells us that it could be priced somewhere around Rs 26,600 in India.

Oppo N1 mini: Key Specifications

The Oppo N1 mini sports a 5-inch (720x1280p) display. It is powered by a 1.6 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor and Adreno 305 GPU coupled with 2GB RAM. It runs on Android-based Color OS 1.4 ROM. Other specs include: a 13MP rotating camera with Sony sensor and LED Flash, 16GB internal memory, 4G LTE / 3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and a 2140 mAh battery. The device measures 9.2 mm thick and weighs 150 grams.
