Oppo N1 Officially Launched With Rotatable Swivel Camera For High Quality Selfies
After a lot of buzz about Oppo's N1 smartphone, the company has now officially launched the photography-centric device.

Before we start off with the specs, let first have a look at the N1's camera, which happens to be its most highlighted feature. It uses a 13 megapixel swivel camera, which can be rotated upto over 180 degrees. This means that you can just rotate the camera and use it to take super-high quality selfies. Perfrorming a rotation also activates the camera. Thanks to this feature, the phone is bound to be a hit among all you selfie or self picture addicts, since its imaging abilities go beyond the powers of all front-cameras on smartphones these days. Oppo also boasts that the swivel camera can withstand upto 100,000 twists, which is about 40 times a day over seven years. Other note-worthy features include its long exposure abilities (up to 8 seconds), the latest version of Oppo's beautification algorithm, and support for video beautification in the popular Chinese IM app, QQ.
Let's have a look at the camera's specifications. The new handset is powered by a quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor with a clock speed of 1.7GHz. It also uses an Adreno 320 GPU and 2GB of RAM. The N1 uses a full HD 5.9 inch display (resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels) that delivers 377 pixels per inch. It run's Oppo's home made Color OS, which is built on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. For internal storage, there are choices between a 16GB variant and a 32 GB variant. Oppos has give the device a generous a 3,610 mAh battery, allowing for some optimism when battery life is concerned. The Oppo N1 comes with the usual connectivity features, 5G WiFi, WiFi Direct, WiFi Display, GPS and Bluetooth 4.0. Measure it and you'll come up with these dimensions : 170.7mm by 82.6mm by 9mm, along with a weight of 213g.
The device should be available in International markets from December at a price of about Rs. 35,704.80
