Japanese consumer electronics firm Panasonic has entered the feature phone market in India by launching two of its latest devices with CE certification. These devices come dubbed as EZ180 and EZ240 and will cost Rs. 1,350 and Rs. 1,790 respectively.
Panasonic, which was previously playing in the mid-range market is quite known for its P51 smartphone that was launched last year. However, the company has a rich portfolio of smartphones which consist of P and T series. Among all P11, P51, T11 and T31 are doing pretty good in the Indian market.
Coming back to the latest feature phones, both handsets are offered with an extended battery life. Both also have Hindi language support and come with security features like mobile tracker, security Inbox and application privacy. Since India has been a great market for dual SIM phones, these two also come with a Dual SIM support. Additionally a LED torch light, expandable storage up to 16GB, Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP, and GPRS support can also be found in the devices.
To be more precise, the Panasonic EZ240, has a 2.4 inch display with a resolution of 240 x 320 pixels, dual SIM and dual standby, 32 MB RAM, 32 MB internal storage, expandable up to 16 GB via micro SD, Bluetooth, 1.3 megapixel Rear camera, LED torch, FM recording, 1200 mAh battery and is offered in White, Grey and Silver color variants.
On the other hand, the Panasonic EZ180 comes with a smaller 1.8 inch display with a resolution of 128 x 160 pixels, VGA rear camera, dual SIM, Internal storage of 32 MB expandable up to 16 GB via micro SD card, 32 MB of RAM, Bluetooth, 1000 mAh battery and will be offered in Blue, White and Grey color variants.
