Just a few days back, Xiaomi launched the Redmi 1S in India at an affordable price of Rs. 6,999. Not only its retail price, but the phone's specifications and features are equally intriguing.
Inspired by Xiaomi, Panasonic now eyes the low-end of the handset market with the new T41 phone. The new phone is now available via Homeshop18, although Panasonic has not officially introduced the device yet.
The Panasonic T41 comes in Pearl White, Bright Red colors and is priced at Rs. 7,999 in the country.

The Panasonic T41 has a modest 4.5-inch FWVGA IPS display. It is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor, coupled with 512MB of RAM and 4GB of internal storage, which can be expanded further via a microSD card slot.In the imaging department, the device sports a 5-megapixel camera, and a VGA-quality front-facing shooter.
The dual-SIM handset has a 1650mAh battery. The device measures 8.3mm in terms of thickness and weighs-in at 120 grams. The handset runs on Android 4.4 Kitkat mobile OS.
