Samsung has officially announced its latest Galaxy Core Advance handset which comes with 4.7-inch display. The company has been procuring most of the Android users across the globe with much effort. It has not only been launching premium handsets like Galaxy Note 3 but also have been offering a number of mid range handsets with compelling specs and price.

The latest Galaxy Core Advance adds itself to the company's Galaxy Core series. Going by the specs, the handset comes with a 4.7-inch LCD capacitive touch screen display offering a resolution of 800 x 480 Pixels.

The device uses 1.2 GHz dual-core processor coupled with 1GB RAM to run the system. While Google's Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) comes out of the box.

Imaging aspect of the smartphone is taken care of by a 5-megapixel rear camera with Auto Focus and LED Flash. Taking selfies won't be difficult with the 0.3MP front-facing VGA camera.

The device houses 8 GB of internal memory which can be further enhanced up to 64GB using a microSD card.

There are quite a number of connectivity options in the handset like 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v 4.0, GPS + GLONASS and NFC.

Sasmung's Galaxy Core Advance measures 133.3 x 70.5 x 9.7 mm and weighs 145g and is powered by a 2000 mAh battery.

Features

Apart from these, it comes with a range of software features including S Voice, S Translator, Sound & Shot, Group Play and Easy Mode. Other features include Optical Scan (which automatically recognizes text from an image and reads it aloud to the user), Light Sensing technology (which uses phone's camera to sense light direction and brightness), Instant Voice Recorder (which gives access to make quick voice notes), Screen Curtain (which enables users to operate commands on a black screen to ensure privacy and saves battery life) and TTS (Text-to-Speech).

The device is listed on the company's global website and says that it will come in Deep Blue and Pearl White color variants. However, the price of the handset and its exact availability date is not disclosed. But speculations are that it would go on sale early next year.
