Samsung is in news headlines for either two reason, leak or release. This time the South-Korean giant is in the news headlines for the release of Samsung Galaxy Core Prime. Carrying a model name SM-G360H/DS, this smartphone went on sales via retail stores in India few weeks back. But now, this Galaxy Core Prime is also available in the Samsung's official online store Samsung India eStore at Rs. 9,599.
Samsung Galaxy Core Prime Specifications
Samsung Galaxy Core Prime sports a 4.5-inch WVGA, PLS, TFT display with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels. It is powered by 1.2 GHz quad-core processor coupled with 1GB of RAM. It comes with a dimension of 8.8mm thick and weighs around 130grams.
Further, it is equipped with 8GB of in-built memory, with an expansion slot up to 64GB via microSD card and runs on Android 4.4 KitKat. Core Prime features 5MP of auto-focus rear camera and 2MP rear camera and powered by 2000mAh battery.
Coming to the connectivity, this dual SIM smartphone supports 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS + GLONASS, 3.5mm audio jack, FM Radio with RDS, accelerometer and proximity sensor.
All these hardwares are packed in matte body finish with metal sides and currently comes in three variants namely Charcoal Grey, White, and Silver.
