Samsung Galaxy F Images Leak Yet Again: Touts Brushed Metal Finish
So far Samsung has only launched the Galaxy S5 smartphone globally and apart from that the company has not made any high-end phone announcements in the mobile phone category. But the company has been occupying several headlines since a couple of months because of the leaks pertaining to Galaxy S5 Prime or Galaxy F. If you are not aware, this handset is said to be the premium variant of the recently launched Galaxy S5 smartphone.
There were rumors that suggested that Samsung would stop making handsets in "S" series and the new model that would replace it would be called as the Galaxy F. This means that there would not be Galaxy S6 next year but something related to Galaxy F, if the rumors turn out to be real.
The Galaxy F has been leaked several times in the past in the form of press renders. Now the latest images that have been leaked online are the actual photographs of the phone. The images that show the back and front panel of the handset comes courtesy of GSMArena, who got hold of them from an anonymous source. Obviously, it does confirm the brushed metal finish on the back that could possibly be a plastic with metal finish panel.
The screen shows the Samsung Galaxy F logo with the now compulsory 'Powered by Android' logo. But we are not much sure about the genuineness of the images leaked recently thus, you will have to take it with a pinch of salt
In terms of specs, according to the past rumors, the Galaxy S5 Prime or the Galaxy F would come with a 5.3-inch with a resolution of 2560x1440. It is rumored to run on the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 805, though the device used in these photos were noted to only be using the slightly lower 801. And a generous serving of 3 GB of RAM. There is also talk of a 16 megapixel rear camera, with OIS technology.
