Samsung's Galaxy F (which was initially known as the Galaxy S5 Prime) leaks have become like a TV show, as it has been leaked several times in the past. Once again, the same handset has been leaked online and this time around it comes in the form of a comparative image which shows the device alongside the Galaxy S5 smartphone. Somehow, PhoneArena got hold of the image.
However, the image doesn't reveal anything much but the bezel size, which is pretty thin compared to the Galaxy S5 smartphone. So far, the rumored specs of the Galaxy F consists of a 5.3-inch which will be offered in a QHD resolution of 2560x1440pixels. It is rumored to run on the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor, though the device used in these photos were noted to only be using the slightly lower 801.
It is also said to come with 3 GB of RAM. There is also talk of a 16 megapixel rear camera, with OIS technology. Moreover, the images that leaked online few days back showed the same device without a protective cover at the charging ports. Thus, we don't have any idea whether the Galaxy F will come with an IP certification (dust/water-proofing) or not.
If you are not aware, Samsung is also rumored to put a full-stop on the Galaxy S line-up and replace it with the Galaxy F series. Thus if this news turns out to be true, than you probably won't be able to see the Galaxy S5 Prime not Galaxy S6 next year.
The serial leakster @evleaks also suggests that Samsung will make the Galaxy F official sometime in September.
