Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is getting the Android 5.0 Lollipop update in India
South-Korean tech giant Samsung has been slowly ticking the boxes for Lollipop 5.0 updates to the devices in its portfolio.

Next in the line-up to get the Android 5.0 update is Samsung Galaxy Note 4, which carries a model name of SM-N910G smartphone in the Indian market.

This update comes in the size of over 1030MB and available Over The Air (OTA), which will reach your smartphone automatically.

As the update is rolling out in batch's, it will reach all the Note 4 users in few days. Lollipop update comes with new material design which offers a bold, colorful and responsive UI, refreshing notification system.
It will also allow the users to see the notification in the lock screen and they will get displayed like banners on the top of the screen.

Additionally, there is a do-not-disturb feature added to the notification bar. This update also contains battery optimization, which includes battery saver mode, job scheduling and a new developer tool called Battery Historian, which tracks the battery consumption by an application.
Recapping the specification of the Galaxy Note 4, it was launched on September 2014 and sports a 5.7-inch display with a resolution of 1440x2560 pixels.
