According to a report from KoreaHerald, Samsung is likely to use a dual-edge curved display on the Galaxy Note 5. Notably, Samsung just announced the Galaxy S6 Edge with a dual-edge curved display.

While its pragmatic usage still remains unclear, the dual-edge display has been widely praised as innovative and disruptive to the sector. It's likely Samsung is still hedging its bets on the dual-edge tech, which is why it hasn't placed its lot entirely on a Note 5 Edge.

The release of such a product by the company will widely depend on the success of the Galaxy S6 Edge which begins to sell from the 10th of the coming month. The Note 5 might be launched late this year depending upon the sales of the previous dual curved screened phone
