Samsung is currently aiming big things with the newly released Samsung Galaxy S5 handset and its supported Gear Fit wearable device. However, now it seems like that's not all the company has planned for its die-hard fans, with the planning heavily involving the massively rumored Galaxy S5 mini.
According to reports, the rumored Samsung Galaxy S5, which Samsung has been massively speculated to introduce after the arrival of the original S5, has been spotted on the Indian import-export website Zauba. Apparently, the has made an appearance there with a 4.47-inch touchscreen display.
While we are still in quite a bit of darkness related to the expected features and specifications for the S5 mini, the device's image has indeed appeared sporting a 4.4-inch Super AMOLED display with the resolution of 720p.
And although we cannot say anything with certainty related to the new device, but the rumored display size for it does actually fall true with what has been projected on Zauba.
Samsung Galaxy S5 mini: Specifications
The Galaxy S5 Mini will be sporting a 4.5-inch Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen display that should support HD (720p) resolution.
Furthermore, Samsung Galaxy S5 is expected to ship with Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system out of the box. Although the folks over at SamMobile haven't spoken about the chipset inside the Galaxy S5, they suggest the smartphone might be powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor.
The smartphone is said to pack an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera with autofocus, LED flash and full HD (1080p) video recording, as well as a secondary 2-megapixel secondary camera for video calls.
Last but not least, the Galaxy S5 mini is rumored to feature 1.5GB of RAM, 16GB of internal memory, IR blaster and a 2100 mAh battery. Although no details on the phone's availability has been leaked, previous rumor suggested the Galaxy S5 mini might arrive sometime in May.
