Not long ago, Samsung introduced the Galaxy K Zoom, a camera-centric variant of the Samsung Galaxy S5. At the same time, there have been few whispers lately that Samsung's long time in-development handset, the Galaxy S5 Neo, is ready for action and may arrive sooner than expected.
Well, you can turn that anticipation up a notch now, as a mystery device carrying a model number SM-G750 has made an appearance on the Indian import data base site Zauba. The phone codenamed SM-G750 is the same which was earlier identified as the Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo.
Furthermore, the SM-G750 is listed as SM-G750A, SM-G750F and SM-G750H - most probably regional variants for select markets.
According to the latest leak, the device in question will come with a 5.1-inch display- the same as the Galaxy S5. Previous speculations have suggested that the Galaxy S5 Neo would pack a 5-inch display (720p), a 2.3GHz quad-core processor and arrive within the month of June.
Moreover, the UAP (user agent profile) of the SM-G750A is available on Samsung Mobile's website.
Going by the specifications of the SM-G750A, the device could be a cheaper version of the original Galaxy S5. The handset is also expected to arrive with a 720p HD display anda 2.3GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 SoC.
Samsung Galaxy S5 Mini Tipped to arrive soon
In the meantime, Samsung might be preparing to launch the Galaxy S5 Mini, alongside the much speculated Galaxy S5 Neo. According to media report, the mini version of the Galaxy S5 would be waterproof and dust resistant.
Earlier last month, a phone carrying model number SM-870 was spotted allegedly on the web. It was reported that the SM-G870 could be the Galaxy S5 mini, as the ratio of its price compared to the Galaxy S5 is similar to that between the Galaxy S4 and Galaxy S4 mini from last year.
