Samsung introduced the Galaxy S5 merely a month ago, but the company has already planned to bring a luxury version of the device. The alleged device has been subject to rumors and speculations for quite some time. Just a week back, the Galaxy S5 Prime appeared in leaked photos, confirming its upgraded metal body and QHD (2K) resolution display.
Now today the alleged prime version of the Samsung Galaxy S5 has been spotted again. Indian import site Zauba has uncovered a new Samsung smartphone, going by the model number SM-G906. Considering that the Galaxy S5 goes by the G900 moniker, it's safe to assume that the G906 is possibly a variant of the flagship handset.
The G906 has reportedly made its way to India from South Korea to New Delhi for an "R&D Purpose", which further re-affirms the existence of the smartphone. Interestingly, the Samsung Galaxy S5 Prime won't come with a regular 5.2-inch display as previously speculated , instead it will have a 5.1-inch.
Furthermore, the device seems to have a price tag of Rs. 21,245, according to the tracking website. The Samsung Galaxy S5 Prime is expected to cost more than the original version, and if one is asked to take a closer look at the import data, the device might be priced along the lines of mid-range phone. Well, in the case of S5 Prime, it is hard to digest the import document.
