Samsung Galaxy S6 Rugged Case spotted on Amazon Revealing New Design

The Galaxy S6 still isn't official, but that didn't stop one company from designing a new case for the upcoming smartphone and share it on Amazon.

Crush Cases seems to have a pretty good idea what the Galaxy S6 will look like, though it's unclear whether the accessory-maker is working off with some insider information or just taking a fluke shot about the S6.

Either way, the company's rugged Galaxy S6 case suggests the upcoming smartphone could include a slightly altered look without straying too far from previous models. The most obvious change is the placement of the device's rear flash and heart rate sensor, which now sit to the right of the camera. The headphone jack appears to have moved to the bottom of the phone.

Again, there's no guarantee any of this will show up on the actual device. The company just could be guessing here. Then again, plenty of case-makers managed to get their hands on the latest iPhone schematics ahead of time, so it's totally possible the same thing could happen to Samsung. The new case also won't actually be available to purchase until Feb 24, so these might just be placeholder images.

Based on earlier reports, we're expecting Samsung to pull out all the stops for the Galaxy S6. That means a totally fresh design using metal and glass instead of just plastic, and some cutting edge hardware under the hood. According to the latest leak, the phone could also feature swappable back covers that serve different functions ranging from measuring your blood sugar levels to adding an e-ink display.

The case looks almost identical to the one we saw in an earlier HTC One M9 leak. Samsung has a lot riding on the Galaxy S6, and hopefully it can live up to the hype. The device is expected to make its debut at the start of March during Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.
