Samsung Launches Galaxy Mega 2 With 6-Inch Display in India at Rs 20,900

Just yesterday news relating to the launch of the Galaxy Mega 2 smartphone in India started appearing as popular retailer Mahesh Telecom posted the price details and availability of the same on the Facebook fanpage.

The person posting the same was apparently right as the Samsung official website has listed the Galaxy Mega 2 smartphone today. Moreover, the pricing of the device has also been revealed at Rs. 20,900. Previously, according to Mehesh Telecom, the smartphone was said to be priced at Rs. 21,499.

Samsung Galaxy Mega 2: Key Specifications

The Samsung Galaxy Mega 2 sports a 6-inch ( 1280 x 720 pixels) HD display. Powering the smarpthone is a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor (probably Snapdragon 410) coupled with 1.5 GB of RAM. The smarpthone runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat) OS.

The device would offer a decent photography aspect. It uses an 8MP auto-focus rear camera with LED Flash and a 2.1 MP front-facing snapper as well. Internal storage seats at 16GB, which is further expandable up to 64GB via microSD card.
