The Finnish giant has PureView imaging technology, and HTC is rumored to be working on ‘utrapixels’. The Samsung Galaxy S IV will be officially announced on March 15th at an exclusive event. As per SamMobile, the device will reach Asia and East Europe by April end. USA among other countries will likely to get the device in May- June frame. It is also being said that Samsung Galaxy S IV will be announced in Moscow, Russia.
