Galaxy S5 vs Galaxy S5 mini: What's the Difference?
Basically, Samsung has stripped down Galaxy S5 mini from its elder kin in terms of display size, processor, camera, battery, RAM, and overall dimension and weight. This can be said as Galaxy S5 is half an inch broader at 5.1-inch in terms of display size when compared to Galaxy S5 mini.
Then, Galaxy S5 mini comes with a quad core processor, whereas the Galaxy S5 is powered by an Octa-Core Exynos 5422 (A15 1.9 GHz ＋ A7 1.3 GHz) CPU. Also on the camera front, Galaxy S5 has higher optics with 16MP rear camera with LED Flash, BSI and Ultra HD video recording and 2.1MP front-facing camera. The RAM also differs with Galaxy S5 having 2GB RAM and the pricey one has a better battery as well with 2800 mAh battery. Rest remains the same.
The only thing, which can make Samsung Galaxy S5 mini a success is an affordable pricing to the handset, especially when the smartphone would be released in the emerging markets including India. What do you think? Share your opinion in the comments section below.
