Earlier this week, Twitter user @MaheshTelecom tweeted saying that the price of the Galaxy S5 and Tab 4 7-Inch would be reduced to Rs. 34,900 and Rs. 15,700 respectively. Turns out, the tip was right.
Now the official Samsung e-Store has listed the two devices in India at the same prices that were leaked by the credible Twitter user.
A couple of weeks back, the Galaxy S5 got a price cut to Rs. 37,500. The LTE version of the Galaxy S5 that got a price cut to Rs. 40,300 recently is now available for Rs. 36,900, which is also not a bad deal. Just for the reference, the Galaxy S5 was officially launched in April at Rs. 51,500 and its LTE version was launched in July for Rs. 53,500.
On the other hand, Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 (T231) is now available at Rs. 15,700. It was officially launched at the price of Rs 17,825. Moreover, even the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 and Tab 4 10.1 that went on sale for Rs. 23,960 and Rs. 30,498 in India have received minor price cuts. Both are now selling at Rs. 23,500 and Rs. 29,900, respectively.
