Samsung has been in tough spot lately. The company recently reported a big slump in quarterly profits as the sudden decline in its handset business. Its Galaxy S5 is not selling as well; the company's mid-end range handsets too failed to stop Xiaomi's growing dominance in Asia. In other words, the last year seemed like a worst period ever for the tech giant.
Though Samsung is still very popular, the company has been declining all over. Recently however, there have been signs of revival. And if the latest reports are to be believed, Samsung is expected to introduce the new smartphone with mid-range specifications.
In fact the handset maker has teased its new phone to get smartphone fans excited for the upcoming big reveal. The teaser has a tagline, "The Grandest Ever, Coming Soon." The teased image of the smartphone in the teaser is in line with the various image leaks of the Galaxy Grand 3.
Samsung launched the Galaxy Grand 2 in the end of 2013. Now, exactly one year later, Samsung is announcing the successor to the Galaxy Grand 2, the Grand 3. According to several media reports, the speculated Galaxy Grand 3 will be launched this week, and will go on sale exclusively on Snapdeal.
