Sony C190X Spotted in the Wild: Yes, The Mid Range Smartphone is Real
The other day, Sony C3, made its debut on the internet. Being touted as the first Sony device to have MediaTek processor, and especially made for Chinese consumers in mind. If this is not enough then do check out another budget centric device - Sony C190X.
This is not the final name; surely it will be the part of current Xperia range (via VR Zone). Of course the handset will be part of Sony's mid-range lineup. The report says that the Sony C190X will be placed just below Xperia L.
Recently, the image samples were leaked. Interestingly, it reveals some of the highlighted specs of the device. The handset bears a 4-inch FWVGA display with resolution of 854 x 480 pixels, 1GB of RAM, Dual Core Krait MSM8627 / MSM8230 processor, 4GB of internal storage, a 5-mega pixel rear camera with 720p HD video recording, expandable storage, and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. Sony could announce the handset sometime in Q3, 2013.
The struggling Japanese giant is currently happy with the way their handsets have been received by consumers. Aiming to be the major player in the smartphone industry, the company is on the brink of comeback. Sony India announced three major handsets in the past two months or so. The high-end Xperia Z, and its variant Sony Xperia ZL,Sony Xperia SP, and Sony Xperia L, and Sony Xperia E, and Xperia E Dual.

The handset comes with a 4.3 -inch display with resolution of 854 x 480 pixel , 1-GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 Plus processor, an 8-mega pixel rear facing camera, VGA quality front facing camera, , 8GB of internal memory expandable storage, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, A-GPS, NFC and 1,750 mAh battery inside.
