In March, the Japanese tech giant announced the launch of Xperia SP and Xperia L and within a month's time, the Xperia SP has been released in India at Rs 25,490. Now, the Xperia L has been launched online with a price of Rs 19,990 and it is claimed to be released this week. However, the online retailers have started listing the smartphone at a lesser price of Rs 18,990.
To remind of specifications, Xperia L boasts a 4.3 inch capacitive touchscreen display with 854 x 480 pixel resolution, 1GHz dual core Snapdragon S4 Plus processor, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS, 8MP rear camera, VGA front camera, 8GB internal storage, micro SD card slot supporting up to 32GB, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS with A-GPS, NFC and a 1,750 mAh battery.
On the software side, Xperia L comes with NFC connectivity for One-touch function, Battery Stamina Mode for extended battery life and Sony's signature media apps including Walkman, Music and Movies for enjoying photos, music, movies and games on the go.
