Sony Xperia M4 Aqua Leak Shows an Impressive Design

We know that Sony should be coming out at MWC 2015 with its latest Xperia M4 Aqua, which is said to be a mid-tier Android phone. Ahead of the official Sony press conference; an alleged image of a new Xperia smartphone has hit the web.

This leaked image of the handset seemingly confirms an earlier report that Sony would release the Xperia M4 Aqua at MWC tech show in Berlin. No specifications were leaked along with the image of the device.

The rumoured spec sheet for the handset includes a 5.2-inch (720 x 1280) display, a Snapdragon 610 chipset, 2GB RAM, and 16GB of native storage, 13MP rear camera, 5MP front-facing camera and Android 5.0 Lollipop.

While not much is known about the Xperia M4 Aqua, recent details unearthed about an upcoming Sony smartphone suggest that it will be a waterproof device. As with all of the information "leaking," take this with a grain of salt for now.

In other news, Sony has confirmed that it would be showcasing a new tablet (dubbed, "Xperia Z4 Tablet) at this year's Mobile World Congress (MWC). For the time being we can't tell you the marketing name or its spec sheet. It could be anything, a new, unheard-of Xperia Z4 Compact Tablet or the upcoming 12.9-inch tablet with a 2K resolution.
