After the launch of Xperia tipo and Xperia tipo dual, Sony has added one more smartphone to its basket of offering – the new entry-level Xperia miro, which is now reportedly on pre-order in India and not-so-entry-level price tag of Rs 14,499 in black color variant.
Key Features of Sony Xperia Miro (Black)
- Android v4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) OS
- 5 MP Primary Camera
- 0.3 MP Secondary Camera
- 3.5-inch TFT Capacitive Touchscreen
- 800 MHz Scorpion Processor
- FM Radio
- Wi-Fi Enabled
- Expandable Storage Capacity of 32 GB
Analysts of the industry are not sure why the Japanese phone vendor has priced a 800MHz processor powered smartphone at such an expensive price tag similar to the likes of HTC's Desire C.
The newly released handset was priorly announced by the company back in June, along with Xperia tipo and Xperia tipo dual. Sony Xperia Miro will further come packed with 1,500 mAh battery, 512MB RAM, 2.2GB user memory and microSD card support. According to a listing on Flipkart, the smartphone would be released in the third week of September, just a week after Xperia tipo and Xperia tipo dual, which are also currently on pre-order.
