Sony Xperia T to feature HD Voice support

When Sony unveiled the upcoming Sony Xperia T during the IFA Event in 2012, only few knew that the device will be having more interesting features other than its 4.6 inch HD display and 13 mega pixels rear camera. As per the company's blogpost, the device will also feature HD voice support when it is made available for users officially. Reports suggest Sony to have declared the inclusion of the new feature in a recent announcement.

Sony has announced that its new HD Voice Support feature is HD Voice certified. It is a GSMA accreditation. The new feature allows users to talk with others via the device in crystal clear clarity. Users can also clearly listen to the sound from the other end even in noisy environments. The company claims the new HD Voice feature will make the device stand out especially due to the uniqueness in the voice quality technology it has used. The new feature provides users with a better aural experience, which is a major improvement from the audio quality delivered by mobiles and traditional fixed line telephony system.

Sony official was stated as saying in an official statement, “It’s almost like a whisper in your ear, you feel closer to the person you are talking to.” The company has assured potential buyers of the new Sony Xperia T that crystal clear clarity will be delivered by the device to aptly go with the functionalities of the 4.6 inch HD display.

Enhanced performance along with improved graphics and battery life is expected to be provided with the help of 1.5 GHz dual-core processor. Other key features include the presence of 1GB RAM and Adreno 225 GPU. The 13 mega pixels rear camera with LED Flash allows users to capture images in high quality. The company has confirmed that Sony Xperia T will ship with Android 4.0.4 ICS operating system. The company has also declared that an update to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean will be made available shortly after the launch of Sony Xperia T.
