Smartphones with bigger display would likely to grow at much faster rate than compared to even tablets. This is a known fact , as more and more tech vendors are coming up with large sized smartphones. Samsung all together has changed handset market by introducing Galaxy Note 2, Grand series and now the Mega phablet devices. Rumors are rife with Sony and Nokia could announce their big ticket handsets either at IFA Berlin or early next year.

Sony Togari, a giant handset carrying 6.44-inch display ducked handset is indeed real. This week only GizBot has come with a sensational reveal about Sony's big plans in regard to Samsung Galaxy Note 3 competitor. The device is real and recently a blurred photo was surfaced on the web(via GSM Insider).

Dubbed " Xperia Togari", the handset looks very similar to company's last flagship smartphone - Xperia Z. The much hyped phablet is said to have Full HD display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor , and a 3000mAh battery inside.

If the Japanese giant is working hard than Nokia is also prepping a monster handset. The Nokia 1030 phablet is coming soon. The alleged image was flashed on the web. It should have a large 5-inch display or even bigger for that matter. The rumored device won't come in metal crafted body instead retains Nokia's traditional polycarbonate styled plastic body.

Another smartphone that was rumored for a very long time is HTC M4. It could be mini version of HTC One. It is said to have narrower speaker grill and white bordered frame. On the specs front, it will have a 4.3-inch display with 720p HD resolution , 2GB of RAM, UltraPixel camera, a dual core processor, 16GB of internal memory, Android Jelly Bean OS , and a 1700mAh battery inside.
