After the successful release of the Xperia Z and Xperia ZL the Japanese manufacturer announced the Xperia L, Xperia SP and Xperia ZR. Then, a mysterious new device- Xperia i1 Honami surprisingly became the talk of the town. Eventually now, one more Sony device has appeared online now.

The supposedly upcoming Sony Xperia UL has been caught online for the first time with a few leaked photos, courtesy Chinese website CNMO. This is the first time glance of the Xperia UL, a smartphone that was first rumored in March 2013. Back then it was rumored to have headed to Japan, and more specifically to KDDI, one of the carriers over there.

The Sony Xperia UL is expected to to house a Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 chipset which is similar to the one which Samsung I9505 Galaxy S4 runs on. The device may possibly be packed with a 2 GB RAM at its back. It is also expected to have a 32 GB of internal storage capacity and powered by fairly sizable 2,300 mAh battery.

The Xperia UL seems to resemble the look of Sony Honami, a device rumored to pack everything from a Snapdragon 800 CPU, 20MP camera, 2,7000mAh battery and similar 5-inch full HD display.

Reports suggested that Sony Xperia UL would most likely be expected to find itself heading towards Japanese carrier KDDI in the near future and also because of the visible rubber isolation the Xperia UL may come with water and probably dust proof.
