GizBot has now come across another image of the purported Sony Xperia Z1S. The image has the handset sitting right next to a Sony Xperia Z1, which was launched a few months ago. According to GSMArena, the handset might just be the international version of the NTT DoCoMo Japan-exclusive Xperia Z1F.
The source says that the handset in the picture is the Xperia Amami, but Sony hasn't confirmed anything just as yet.
Let's have a look at the handset's rumored specifiactions. It will use a Snapdragon 800 SoC, a 4.3 inch display with 720p resolution, and a 20.7MP camera in the rear. There will be 2GB of RAM and 16GB of Internet storage along with Android 4.3 and a 2,300 mAh battery.
Expect the handset to be unveield sometime next year, if it exists that is.
