The Sony Xperia Z4 could be just months away. Various rumors over the past few days have claimed that Sony is developing its next-generation flagship device, and they might announce it a little earlier than expected.
In the series of Sony leaks, new photos have emerged that purport to show the Xperia Z4 in full action. The images, which cannot be independently verified, are certainly more convincing than some leaks we've seen in recent weeks.
Sources close to Phone Arena have got their hands-on on a few alleged images of the upcoming Xperia Z4. Those leaked screenshots were listed from an internal presentation about the Xperia Z4. It shows the phone with a 5.2-inch 1080p Full HD display, similar to the Xperia Z3.
One close-up shows that the device to come with a Snapdragon 805 processor coupled with 3GB of RAM. Reportedly, the Xperia Z4 will run on Android 5.0 Lollipop.
Despite the Xperia Z3 having launched in September this year, Sony seems to be in a hurry to launch its next-generation flagship smartphone.
The Tokyo-based electronics giant posted a net loss of 136 billion yen for the quarter and held its full-year net loss forecast at 230 billion yen.
Although Sony hasn't yet shed light on the arrival of the Xperia Z4, given these latest screenshots leak, it appears that the handset could get announced at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2015.
