The phone could be gigantic just like Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3. The forum post (via Xda-developers) reads "He won't do it, wouldn't even show it to me alone. It's gigantic, you can forget about one-handed operation with this thing."

Sony is said to flaunt Xperia ZU in two separate events. According to a new media report, the device will be stuffed with Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor coupled with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. It is said that you can use a pencil to operate its touch screen. If Samsung re-invented Stylus with S Pen than Sony now shows how a pencil or even a pen could replace stylus.

The upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 3 should be competent enough to beat Xperia ZU. The South Korean giant could announce Note 3 few hours from now. The company is organizing a mega event in London.
