Spice Launches Stellar 518 with Massive 4000mAh Battery at Rs 7,799
India-based smartphone maker Spice Telecom has today launched its latest affordable device - the Stellar 518 in India. The device has started selling via online retailer Saholic at the very budget-friendly price of Rs. 7,799.
One of the major highlighted part of the specs of the newly released device is the massive battery of 4000mAh capacity. This is one of the devices which will be possibly rival against Gionee's M2 smartphone that comes powered by 4200 mAh battery.

Spice Stellar 518: Key Specifications
The Spice Stellar 518 sports a 5-inch (854 x 480 pixels) capacitive touch screen display. It is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor coupled with a 1GB RAM. It runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat) OS. The smartphone houses 8GB of internal memory, which is further expandable up to 32GB with microSD card.
In the imaging aspect, the new offering from Spice uses 8MP rear camera with LED Flash and a 1.3MP front-facing snapper as well.
Connectivity options include 3G HSPA+,WiFi 802.11 b/g/n,Bluetooth, GPS and it is a Dual SIM (3G + 3G) smartphone with dual standby mode. The latest Spice Stellar 518 is powered by a massive 4000 mAh battery.
There are several smartphones that are being offered in India at the same price of sub-Rs. 7000. Moreover, one of the hottest selling device is the Xiaomi Redmi 1S, that has already went 7th flash sale in India. Thus, Spice Stellar 518 will surely have to battle the odds in the Indian market at the moment.
