Both the phones run Android OS but Spice Mi-410 runs on the Gingerbread version and the Spice Mi-270 runs on the Froyo version.

The pricing of the phones is also competitive as each of the 2 is priced accordingly to its specs and features. Mi-270 and Spice Mi-410 are priced at around Rs 6000 and Rs 10000 respectively. The price difference is well justified because of the visible differences in features.
