You must have already heard about HTC's this year's flagship model called "All New One" by now as it has been making alleged appearances in the webosphere for quite a long time. Moreover, the device which has also been teased episodically by the company officially has once again hit the online world. This is the most detailed unofficial video of the handset that has appeared so far.
The device is in fact slated to launch tomorrow at an event in New York but the in-depth video preview of the highly anticipated flagship device from the Taiwanese manufacturer posted by a German blogger has in fact released most of the details about the device. The video is in German and shows off the entire hardware and bits and pieces of the new Sense 6 UI, which gets up to speed with other OEM skins with features like Double tap to wake, gets on screen buttons and a slightly differently designed UI with Android 4.4 KitKat on board.
Talking about the device, it is made out of aluminum. But the video reveals, the plastic made top part of the new HTC One. However, the device looks pretty solid and there is no plastic strip running through the sides of the phone this time, so the comfort levels should be much higher with it being all-metal. The top portion of the device houses the power button and the IR blaster as well.
According to the blogger, the All New One has a 4.1 MP Ultrapixel camera and a small 2 MP unit above it for creating a depth map, by calculating the distance between it and the objects. While at the front there is a 2 MP camera. The focus changing and the 3D mode looks pretty impressive.
The uploader further says that the device comes with Sense 6 and small UI changes which is visible in the video itself. You will also notice that the Taiwanese smartphone maker has also improved Blinkfeed and KitKat flavored UI elements.
